What happens if a learner already has a RapidLMS account on another storefront?

A single RapidLMS user account can be used across multiple storefronts on our platform.


The same login credentials (username and password) can be used to log in, purchase, and complete courses on any of the storefronts that use our Learning Management System. 


We strongly recommend that you log in through the homepage relevant to the course in question. 


NOTE: If you are a training manager adding a learner on a new storefront and you use contact information that your learner used to create an account on a different storefront to add your learner, the account under your profile will automatically merge with the one on your learner's list one the learner accepts training from you.
