How do I change my information?

Users of the RapidLMS platform may need to update their personal information from time to time. To make changes, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Locate your name in the upper right corner of your account and click on it.

2. Select the "My Account" option from the dropdown menu that appears.

3. You will be directed to a page where you can modify your account details by entering the relevant information into the designated fields.

4. Once you have made the necessary changes, click on the "Save" button to apply the updates.

Note: Any changes to your contact methods (Email Address and Mobile Number) will prompt a verification process, requiring confirmation through a new code.
