How to reset your password?

3. Please check your email or mobile phone for the link, which will expire in 24 hours. 

If an account exists with the email address provided, you will receive a message with instructions on how to reset your password shortly. Remember to check your spam or junk folders if you haven't received the message within 5 minutes. If you still cannot locate the message, it's likely you used a different email address to create your account.
