How to book the Provincial Security Guard Exam?

Before your provincial security exam can be booked, your Basic Security Training Course must be fully completed which includes all of the chapters as well as the course exam.


Once your course is fully completed, please fill out the form here


We will respond to your email with a confirmation and will provide you with further details.


If you are a Manitoba or Saskatchewan student, we will send your information to eProctor for confirmation. eProctor is the company that will administer the provincial exam for you.


Please note that these confirmations can take up to 6 weeks to receive from eProctor. 


If you are an Ontario student, you will need to get a valid First Aid Certificate (which must come from a provider on the list HERE) You will also need to complete the Ontario Consent and Release Form (You can download this HERE) Please send both of these documents to our email info@guardtraining.ca and we will provide you with a TCN (Training Completion Number) With this number you will be able to book the exam on the Ontario Security Testing Website


If you are an Alberta student we will provide you with the name and details of a local Proctor to administer the exam for you.
